DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!! I loved this car wash when it first opened. I have been going to this car wash until July 15, 2026 when I went to the car wash and came out with my hood scratched all across it. I immediately reported it to the manager (Jonathan Ferguson) who took pictures and made an incident report. Upon my report, Jonathan contacted me and said I was denied the claim and told me that “their brushes did not do that to my car because it has never done that before and they use good brushes”. He became very rude and agitated as I explained I have a video of my car before coming to the car wash. He told me “I don’t have time to deal with this right now I am at work and will have to call you back”. I explained he had just called me and this is work related so I didn’t understand what he meant by he is at work. After waiting 3 weeks for them to send me something in writing, I received an email saying “We are not going to accept fault for the damages, but we did offer to buff the scratches out”. After speaking to a paint shop that explain buffing them out would not make them disappear, I declined the buffing and will now be going through small claims court for the damages. I

This company stole $480.00 from me. I went to this location while on a business trip to wash my truck twice. They tried selling me the membership, I declined. They signed me up anyway and charged me for 14 months and I just now caught it. Customer service said it was a promotional deal that they signed me up for and they should have explained it to me. They only refund 3 months but she’ll check if they CAN reimburse me the rest. I’ll update here soon once I hear back.

Place is run down. Trashy, dirt along curbs and weeds everywhere, see pictures that don’t lie. Trash all in the mulch. Brushes held back with straps now for weeks, paying for a service not receiving. Compressed air weak and always leaking. Tommy’s or Green clean does a more consistent job. If I had interests here, I would definitely be asking questions…lack of maintenance and cleaning, scratching cars

I came visiting Virginia and decided to use this car wash, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. During the wash, the machine pulled up my car front passenger side fender and caused a dent. I immediately reported the issue to the manager. Instead of addressing the problem, I was told that the damage had already been on my car before I arrived, which is simply not true. I find it very concerning that responsibility was denied rather than the situation being handled with honesty and integrity. This was supposed to be just a complaint on the day of incidence but, I will now be moving forward by contacting my insurance company and exploring my legal options. I expected much better service and accountability. I’ll also be reporting you guys to the BBB, so next time you learn simple accountability and business integrity

I go to both hurricane car washes as I pay a monthly fee and I have been on the monthly plan for about 3 years now. I enjoy it because you can go once a day to get your cars washed and you get the free vacuum. The manager who works at both facilities who I call Mr Cool is always smiling and happy to help. He is the young gentleman who wears all the jewelry. Other team members are always polite and willing to help as well. My car is always come out shiny clean.
